FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE The VitaFon apparatus vibroacoustic device is meant for treatment of various illnesses of inflammatory and traumatic nature. It has a wide range of applications. High treatment effect is achieved by multifold increase of microcapillary blood flow and lymph flow in the limited sick area. The unit stimulates tissue microvibration by contact method through continuously changing sound frequency. Changing of frequency within the set limits and switching from one band to another is effected automatically according to the program. Band I frequency changes continuously from 4 Hz to 1.5 kHz and is optimized for maximization of hydrodynamic pump effect in veins. Band II frequency changes continuously from 400 Hz to 12-18 kHz and is optimized for maximization of vascular resistance decrease in capillaries.
